About the Boat Yard

Dutch Harbor Boatyard was recently purchased by TPG Marinas. DHBY a beautiful destination for both seasonal and transient customers. We have increased service capabilities to offer customers a great boating experience. Dutch Harbor is a full service boatyard with a spectacular mooring field, full maintenance and service capabilities, hauling and launching and convenient and safe winter storage. Honored in the 2018 Boaters’ Choice Awards Elite Fleet tier curated by Marinas.com, the website announced Thursday.

The honor, new this 2023, expands the site’s criteria for the Boaters’ Choice Awards honor to highlight marinas that “went above and beyond,” representing the top 0.2 percent of rated marinas on the site in the United States and the Caribbean.

The full Boaters’ Choice Awards recognized 217 marinas this year, reflecting all marinas with more than a 4-star rating average. More than 20 local marinas were named to the list, including the two Elite Fleet honorees in Rhode Island.
